Chikenear's now has the new Metco Idler Pulley Kit for the Lightning and Super Charged Harley Davidson to help eliminate belt slippage and increase boost, which means more HP.  This new design was created to fit both stock superchargers and aftermarket units.

This will help decrease belt slippage and increase the Bling Bling factor under the hood.

The bearing is the same FAG brand as used by Ford in the stock idler pulley.

For Your Application.

1999 through 2004 Lightning's and 2002 through 2003 Harleys, with *STOCK* supercharger pulley, will need the 90 millimeter idler pulley. 
 
The same trucks, when using smaller than stock *AFTERMARKET* supercharger pulley, will need the 100 millimeter idler pulley.
 
One idler comes with the kit, either 90mm or 100mm.  More idlers can be replaced also, these should be 90mm.  Only the *kit idler* needs to be 100mm and ONLY when using a smaller than stock supercharger pulley.
 
The 90mm version works great with Kenne Bell superchargers that utilize a 3.25" pulley.

Add two additional single pulleys to the kit to get the triple bling setup!!!
