International Order and Shipping Policies

policies apply to all U.S. Web site orders to be shipped to all
countries outside the U.S. to which we may ship.
International Shipments
We are now proud to ship to customers in many countries around the
globe. Please call us for a free quote.
Importer of Record
When ordering from Chickenear's Custom Performance, the recipient is the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will
transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the
United States.
Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment
may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other
charges of the destination country. These charges are always the
recipient's responsibility.
Restrictions
Items eligible to be shipped under our international shipping policy are
based on the destination country.
Shipping
All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via
United States Postal Service. Please note that any item listed as free
shipping only applies to continental U.S. shipping addresses only.
Order Payment
Orders must have a minimum retail list price of $200 USD and all payment
transactions will occur in U.S. dollars. The use of gift certificates
and promotional discounts are not valid on international orders at this
time.
We offer the following payment methods:
Credit card: Use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
Bank wire : Bank wire payments are
accepted on orders of $200 USD or more.
Other payment methods: PayPal.
Customs,
Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees,
import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order.
These additional charges required for customs clearance are the
responsibility of the recipient. These charges and the customs policies
vary widely from country to country. Chickenear's Custom Performance has
no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees
expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in
accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and
labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that
products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination
country.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and
inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your
order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to
our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs
clearance process.
