Cool Aid - Forced Air Intake System

       

Our NEW IMPROVED SCOOP DESIGN is a Gun-Metal-Flake Powder Coat Finished Sheet Metal Intake Scoop System with Separate Mounting Brackets which is the culmination of two years of work, and we know it's the best system available anywhere. Dimensions are 23"X1" and our mounting system provides no loss of ground clearance. The entire scoop/bracket system has been redesigned to allow for maximum adjustability and weight reduction, allowing for it to fit ALL Gen II Lightning's and all 98 - 03 F150's including Harleys. Mounts to truck using two existing bolts and is solid as a rock. NASCAR Brake Duct Hose is used in conjunction with 3" Drawn Aluminum Tubing (suitable for buffing) and Aluminum mounting brackets to complete the hose path to the air filter box. Six stainless steel worm screw clamps are also provided.

Our new design Scoop System routes air to the air box in a unique way, this allows it to fit mechanical and electric fan trucks without using the usual path that is commonly used for plastic scoops, virtually eliminating the height restraint of the scoop for lowered trucks.

Stage 1 Cool Aid - Air Filter Kit
The Air Filter Box System includes an 12" S&B cone gauze filter, custom designed gun-metal-flake-powder-coated CAD designed and CNC cut air intake box with 3" lower air inlet tube, CNC designed and turret punched air box top with knurled Allen attachment bolts, Filter to MAF billet adapter and bolts. Uses your stock air charge sensor.

Stage 2 Cool Aid - Stealth RamAir Scoop Kit
The Air Scoop System includes a custom made - 23" X 1" - 20 gauge gun-metal-flake powder coat finished sheet metal scoop with bolt-on mounting brackets, two sections of 3" diameter NASCAR Neoprene brake duct hose, one section of drawn 3" 6061-T6 machined cross hatched finish aluminum tubing suitable for buffing to a mirror finish (see checkout item 2x pft for optional show polished tube), two aluminum mounting brackets, and 6 stainless steel worm drive hose clamps. Works well on ALL generation 2 Lightning's and all F150's from 1998 to 2003. Virtual NO loss of ground clearance. Although we have gone to great lengths to eliminate ground clearance issues, there is NO guarantee, whatsoever, that you won't damage it by hitting parking stops, etc. We will assume no liability for damage due to an individual's driving styles or habits.
